VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

PRINCIPAL – GARRISON ACADEMY KHARIAN

Applications are invited from qualified, experienced, and dynamic candidates for the position of Principal at Garrison Academy Kharian Cantt. The appointment will be made on a contract basis for a period of two (02) years, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree or above in any discipline

  • M.Ed / B.Ed will be considered an additional preference

Age Limit:

  • Up to 55 years

Experience:

  • Minimum 20 years of teaching and/or educational experience

  • At least 05 years of experience as Principal of a reputed institution

Professional Requirements:

  • Dynamic, passionate, and visionary leader

  • Strong decision-making, administrative, and managerial skills

  • Qualifications or courses in Educational Management will be preferred

  • Progressive, optimistic personality with a high social quotient and leadership ability

Salary & Benefits

Pay Package:

  • Rs. 250,000/- per month (Negotiable)

Family Accommodation:

  • Married accommodation or House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be provided

Transport Facility:

  • Car facility (on demand, within Kharian City only)
