Karachi Garrison Education System (KGES) invites applications from highly qualified, experienced, and result-oriented professionals for senior leadership positions. We are seeking individuals with strong administrative, academic, and financial expertise to contribute to institutional excellence and governance.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
At least 5 years in a senior managerial/leadership role
Proven expertise in administration, security management, and operational oversight
Experience in policy implementation, staff supervision, and discipline management
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in educational institutions, corporate sector, armed forces, or reputable organizations
Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university in:
Public Administration
Business Administration
Management Sciences
Security Management
Preference will be given to candidates holding professional certifications in:
Administration
HR Management
Security Management
Risk Management
Overall supervision of administration, security, discipline, and operations
Development and implementation of administrative & security policies and SOPs
Coordination with law enforcement and regulatory authorities
Oversight of campus security, transport, facilities management, and emergency response systems
Monitoring staff performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Planning, managing, and monitoring administrative projects
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
At least 5 years in senior academic/HR leadership role
Experience in academic management, curriculum planning, faculty development
Strong background in HR operations, recruitment, performance management, and policy implementation
Sound knowledge of academic regulations, HEC/Board requirements, HR policies, and labor laws
Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university in:

Preference will be given to candidates with:
MPhil / PhD
Professional certifications in HRM, Educational Leadership, Training & Development, or Organizational Development
Provide strategic leadership in academic planning and quality assurance
Oversee HR operations including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and promotions
Develop and implement academic and HR policies & compliance frameworks
Supervise curriculum development, teacher training, and academic audits
Lead organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
At least 4 years in a senior managerial role
Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, accounting, auditing, and taxation
Experience in educational institutions, corporate sector, public sector, or large organizations preferred
Strong command over ERP/accounting systems, internal controls, and risk management
Degree from an HEC-recognized university in:
Finance
Accounting
Commerce
Business Administration
Economics
Or professional qualifications such as:
CA
ACCA
CMA
CPA
ICMA
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation laws, and audit standards is essential.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting, and audits
Manage cash flow, procurement finance, and vendor payments
Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements
Develop financial SOPs and internal control frameworks
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Supervise finance team to ensure transparency and accountability

Lt. Col (Retd.) from Armed Forces and civilians may apply
Deputy Director Finance:
Maj (Retd.) from Armed Forces and civilians may apply
Appointment on contract basis (as per KGES rules)
Initial contract period: 03 years (extendable based on performance)
Salary Package: PKR 250,000 – 300,000 per month
Provident Fund / Gratuity (as per rules)
Annual, casual, and other leaves as per organizational policy
Additional benefits as admissible under KGES regulations
