Eligibility Criteria

  • Gender: Male or Female

  • Medical Fitness: Candidate must be medically fit

  • Age Limit: Not more than 60 years

    • For retired Education Officers from Armed Forces

    • For civilian candidates

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong communication skills

    • Proven administrative and management skills

Qualification Requirements

1. For Retired Education Officers from Armed Forces

  • Education: MA/MSc in any subject

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of commissioned service

2. For Civilian Candidates

  • Education:

    • MA/MSc in any subject

    • MEd (Master of Education)

  • Experience:

    • 5–10 years of teaching experience

    • 5–10 years of supervisory/administrative experience

    • Total: Minimum 15 years aggregate experience at Intermediate or Degree College level

Ineligibility Criteria

Applicants will not be considered if they:

  • Were terminated or dismissed prematurely from any government or non-governmental institution

  • Were terminated from any Fazaia institution due to allegations or disciplinary issues

  • Have a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offences

    • Such applicants must submit a NOC from their previous institution

Pay and Perks

  • Selected candidate will be offered an attractive pay package

  • This is a contract-based employment, renewable annually based on performance

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview

  • No TA/DA will be provided for interviews

  • Final selection will be subject to verification from the previous workplace

  • Any concealment of facts or false information may lead to strict disciplinary action, even after appointment
