Job Opportunities

Applications are invited from qualified candidates with domicile in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for various positions under Project (ADP-801/210635). These positions are on a purely fixed pay and temporary contract basis. Interested candidates may submit their applications along with relevant documents to the office of the JMC Coordinator/Principal at Government Postgraduate College, Pindi Road, Kohat, during official hours by 22.08.2024.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview and demo through a telephone call or message.
  2. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
  3. Separate applications along with relevant documents are required for each position if applying for more than one position, clearly mentioning the college of interest.
  4. Appointments will be contingent on the sufficient number of enrolled students in the respective college(s).
  5. Teachers will be hired on a fixed salary basis as stated in the PC-I document.
  6. Teaching staff, including Teachers, Lab Assistants, and Lab Attendants, will only be hired for periods when academic activities are in progress. They will not be compensated during winter/summer vacations.
  7. The employment status for both teaching and non-teaching staff is purely temporary under the PC-I mode.
  8. Female candidates may apply for positions in female colleges, and male candidates may apply for positions in male colleges. However, for the positions of Junior Clerk, Chowkidar, and Naib Qasid, male candidates can apply to both male and female colleges.
  9. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for interviews or demos.
  10. PC-I-based employment is subject to directives from higher authorities as referenced in office letter No. 636-37 dated 22.07.2024.
  11. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application or the advertisement itself by providing a valid reason or following any directives/orders from higher authorities or relevant departments.
  12. If a college requires teaching or non-teaching staff during the current academic session, the JMC Coordinator will select candidates from the previously created merit list.
