Government Post-Graduate Colleges are the higher educational institutes located all over Pakistan. It is the responsibility of the state to provide education at every level without discrimination of gender, age, caste, creed and other sort of demographics. Post-Graduates Colleges were founded by British during their rule in India before partition of India. After the independence of Pakistan from the English, various governments and organizations took initiatives for setting up more institutes.
These government colleges want experienced and qualified staff for serving in various departments. Workers are two nature. Teaching and Technical. Intellectual employees are hired on the educational positions. Majority of these are filled with candidates who have competed post-graduate or doctorate level studies. Specialized staff might be clerk, caretaker, computer operator, lab attendant, gardener, security guard, lab attendant, bus conductor and sweeper. Recruiting is finalized on the basis of contract. For smaller posts, it is usually of one year but three to five years for executive positions. There are certain conditions of employment like workers have to complete their time period. There is no medical allowance granted in cases of specific positions. Employees can leave their job by giving one month notice period.
