The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPP Unit operates as a resource center for Public Private Partnerships by offering technical, financial, economic, and legal expertise. Applications are invited from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for contract-based positions under the ADP-funded project:

Qualification:
Bachelor’s or 16 years of education (MA/MSc) in a relevant discipline.
Relevant Disciplines:
ST&IT: Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering
Agriculture & Livestock: Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Agribusiness
Mines & Minerals: Mining Engineering, Geology, Geological Engineering
Tourism: Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration
Energy & Power: Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy
Industries: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 5 years, with at least 2 years in relevant sectors or with Government/PPP/Donor-funded projects.
Preferred Sector Knowledge:
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CP3P, Climate Change, etc.)
Research publications (if any)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or 16 years of education (MA/MSc) in:
Accounting & Finance
Business Administration
Public Policy / Public Administration
Economics
Commercial & Corporate Law
Engineering
CA / ACCA / CFA or any higher qualification
Experience:
Minimum 8 years, including 3 years in PPP project lifecycle (identification, preparation, appraisal, etc.) in government or donor-funded projects.
Preferred Knowledge:
CP3P, PMP, or equivalent certifications
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or 16 years of education (MA/MSc) in:
Economics
CA / ACCA / CFA
Business Administration
Finance & Accounting
Experience:
Minimum 8 years, including 3 years in PPP projects within government or donor-funded contexts.
Preferred Knowledge:
CP3P, PMP, or equivalent project management certification
International certifications in Financial Modelling or Project Finance
