Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO), a leading public utility, aims to provide uninterrupted electricity to over 4.8 million consumers with the support of its 18,000 employees. To strengthen its operations, GEPCO invites applications from experienced, dynamic, and dedicated professionals to join as Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) on a lump sum pay package.

Position Details

Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs)

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Eligibility:
    • Ex-servicemen of armed forces.
    • Minimum qualification: Matriculation.
    • Preference: Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
    • Medical Category: A

Job Duties:

  1. Reporting theft and discrepancies on high-loss feeders.
  2. Conducting regular patrols and reporting irregularities.
  3. Investigating incidents and gathering evidence.
  4. Rotating across different feeders as assigned.

Number of Posts:

6

Upper Age Limit:

50 years (as of the closing date of the advertisement).

Terms & Conditions

  1. Contract Terms:

    • Lump sum pay package: Rs. 50,000/month (inclusive of all perks).
    • Initial duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance).
    • Non-regularized position; no regular cadre induction.

  2. General Instructions:

    • Candidates must present original documents at the time of the interview.
    • A detailed CV, including service record, PA number, appointment history, and certifications, must be uploaded.
    • GEPCO reserves the right to cancel/modify the recruitment process.
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
    • No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
    • No age relaxation is allowed.
