1. NOC Engineer
Role Summary: Entry to mid-level role focused on monitoring network operations, providing technical support, and ensuring system uptime.
Prerequisites (Qualifications): BS in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT) is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.
Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
Tools: Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a NOC, helpdesk, or IT support role.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute assigned tasks to a professional standard with regular review.
Provide first- and second-line technical support.
Manage incident triage and escalation in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. DevOps Engineer
Role Summary: Senior-level role responsible for owning the entire DevOps lifecycle, from strategy to execution, with a focus on automation and team development.
Prerequisites (Qualifications): BS in CS, Software Engineering, or IT. A Master's degree is preferred.
Technical Skills:
CI/CD: Extensive experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Containerization & Orchestration: Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of both Linux and Windows.
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS.

5. Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
