Open Positions & Detailed Requirements

1. NOC Engineer

• Role Summary: Entry to mid-level role focused on monitoring network operations, providing technical support, and ensuring system uptime.

• Prerequisites (Qualifications): BS in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT) is preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.

  • Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.

  • Tools: Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

• Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a NOC, helpdesk, or IT support role.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned tasks to a professional standard with regular review.

  • Provide first- and second-line technical support.

  • Manage incident triage and escalation in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

2. DevOps Engineer

• Role Summary: Senior-level role responsible for owning the entire DevOps lifecycle, from strategy to execution, with a focus on automation and team development.

• Prerequisites (Qualifications): BS in CS, Software Engineering, or IT. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  • CI/CD: Extensive experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

  • Containerization & Orchestration: Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of both Linux and Windows.

  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS.

  • Monitoring: Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for system monitoring.

• Certifications (Preferred): Azure/AWS DevOps, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Terraform certifications.

• Experience: 8–10 years of experience owning the DevOps function end-to-end.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as a senior technical authority, accountable for overall project outcomes rather than just tasks.

  • Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.

3. Product Manager

• Role Summary: Senior role responsible for the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery of the citizen services portfolio.

• Prerequisites (Qualifications): BS/MS in CS, IT, or Business.

• Experience: 6+ years of experience owning a product roadmap and delivery lifecycle.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire product portfolio for citizen-facing services.

  • Take full accountability for balancing competing priorities, timelines, and resources.

  • Make critical trade-off decisions between scope, time, and budget to ensure successful delivery.

4. Full Stack Engineer

• Role Summary: Mid-to-Senior level role focusing on building robust, secure, and high-availability applications for citizens and government staff.

• Prerequisites (Qualifications): BS in CS, Software Engineering, or Information Systems from an HEC-recognized institution (or equivalent experience).

• Technical Skills:

  • Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

  • Backend: Strong skills in Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.

  • Databases: Experience with SQL.

  • APIs: Experience designing and integrating REST, gRPC, or SOAP APIs.

• Experience: 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications end-to-end.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Build applications that require high availability, security, and auditability.

  • Handle everything from database schema design to user interface (UI) implementation.

  • Apply security best practices, including encryption, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and audit logging.

5. Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

• Role Summary: Senior-level role leading quality assurance strategy, test automation, and defect management across the software development lifecycle.

• Prerequisites (Qualifications): BS in CS, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications (Strong Plus): Test Automation certifications or ISTQB.

• Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance and test engineering.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the overall test strategy and automation frameworks.
