General Expectations:

  • Highly qualified professional with advanced degree(s) in relevant fields (Telecommunications, Policy, Economics, Law, Public Administration, or related disciplines)

  • Extensive experience in telecom policy formulation, regulatory frameworks, and strategic planning

  • Proven track record in digital economy initiatives, national transformation projects, or similar large-scale programs

  • Strong analytical, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
