Position 1: Non-Linear Editor (NLE)

Job Description

The Non-Linear Editor will play a vital role in video editing and post-production, supporting the Directorate’s media operations. The position involves editing video content, keeping up with emerging media trends, and contributing creative input to enhance the effectiveness of Pakistan Air Force media campaigns.

Qualification

  • FA / FSc

  • Diploma or Certification in Video Editing from a recognized institution

Experience

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in video editing

  • Experience with a reputable electronic media organization will be preferred

Required Skills

  • Strong command of video editing techniques

  • Ability to work with latest video editing software

  • Familiarity with modern AI-based editing tools

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications from accredited institutions in video editing

  • Creative approach to storytelling and visual presentation

Age Limit

  • 25 to 40 years

Position 2: Research Officer (Male/Female)

  • BS / Master’s degree in:

    • Mass Communication

    • Media Sciences

    • International Relations

    • Defence and Strategic Studies

    • Or any other relevant discipline

Experience

  • Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience in the field

Required Skills

  • Excellent content writing skills

  • Strong understanding of current affairs and news analysis

  • Ability to conduct independent and in-depth research

Preferred Skills

  • News analysis and editorial writing

  • Research capability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
