1. ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

The PAF Air War College Institute, located at PAF Base Faisal, Karachi, invites applications from qualified Pakistani citizens for faculty positions. This premier institution seeks dedicated professionals to join its academic team on a contractual basis.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Eligibility & Documentation:

  1. Foreign Degrees: Candidates holding foreign degrees/certificates must provide an HEC Equivalence Certificate before the closing date.

  2. Government Employees: Applicants already working in the government sector must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective institute/department.

  3. HEC Compliance: HEC Rules/Regulations regarding eligibility of candidates for appointment in Degree Awarding Institutes (DAIs) shall be applicable.

  4. Contact Details: Contact number, postal address, and email address must be clearly mentioned in the CV. Any change in contact details must be reported immediately to the Office of Registrar, AWCI.

B. Recruitment Process:

  1. Shortlisting: After scrutiny of CVs, only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview by the AWCI Selection Committee.

  2. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.

C. Nature of Appointment & Service Conditions:

  1. Contract Basis: All above-mentioned posts shall be filled purely on contract basis.

  2. Governing Rules: Selected candidates will be governed by the Statutes / Regulations / Rules of PAF Air War College Institute, Karachi.

  3. Salary Package: A competitive salary package will be offered to successful candidates.
