Recruitment Notice – Vacant Positions

Applications are invited from eligible residents of the State of Jammu & Kashmir for appointment against the following vacant posts available in various offices of the Local Government & Rural Development Department, District Jhelum Valley. Appointments will be made purely on merit.

Details of Vacant Posts

1. Naib Qasid (Office Attendant)

  • BPS: 01

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 18 to 41 years

Selection Criteria:

  • Suitability will be assessed through a test of 50 marks, comprising:

    • Writing Test: 25 marks (any Urdu paragraph)

    • Reading Test: 25 marks (any Urdu paragraph)

Terms & Conditions

  1. Applicants must submit:

    • Duly filled application form

    • Attested copies of educational certificates

    • Domicile certificate

    • CNIC

    • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

    • Any other relevant documents

    The mobile phone number must be clearly mentioned on the application.

  2. Incomplete applications, unattested copies, or applications received after the due date will be considered invalid.

  3. Separate application must be submitted for each post.

  4. Employees already serving in government or semi-government departments are eligible to apply through proper channel.

  5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No separate call letters may be issued.

  6. Candidates must bring original documents at the time of test/interview. Those who fail to produce original documents will not be allowed to participate.

  7. Candidates possessing additional skills or technical qualifications (such as electrical, mechanical, or other relevant skills) may be given training preference.

  8. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacant posts.

  9. Applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement to the concerned Local Government & Rural Development Office, District Jhelum Valley.

  10. Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
