RECRUITMENT NOTICE – VACANT POSTS

Applications are invited from permanent residents of the State of Jammu & Kashmir for permanent appointments on an open merit basis against the vacant posts available in various offices of the Local Government & Rural Development Department, District Muzaffarabad.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:
    Literate (able to read and write)

  • Selection Test:
    Suitability and physical fitness shall be assessed.
    A total of 50 marks test shall be conducted as follows:

    • Handwriting Test: 25 marks (simple Urdu writing)

    • Paragraph Writing: 25 marks (simple paragraph in Urdu)

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Maximum Age: 41 years

Terms & Conditions

  1. Applicants must submit their applications along with attested copies of the following documents:

    • School Certificate

    • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

    • State Subject Certificate (First Class)

    • Character Certificate

  2. Incomplete applications or applications received without required documents shall be rejected.

  3. Separate applications must be submitted for each vacant post.

  4. Employees already serving in Government or Semi-Government departments may apply through proper channel.

  5. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test or interview.

  6. At the time of test/interview, candidates must bring their original documents for verification.

  7. Candidates possessing additional educational qualifications will be given preference.

  8. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or withhold recruitment against any vacant post without assigning any reason.
