Subject: 01-BPS-04 : Invitation of Applications for Recruitment Against Vacant Posts in BPS.

In accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) formulated for Departmental Selection Committees constituted under Rule 5(1) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974, and the prevailing recruitment rules, applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing Domicile of District Jacobabad and PRC (Form-D), for recruitment against the following vacant posts in the Office of the Labour Department, Jacobabad:

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Domicile: Jacobabad.

  2. Age Limit: 18–28 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit shall be granted in accordance with the Government of Sindh's policy/orders.

  3. Educational Qualification / Experience: Educated candidates will be preferred.

  4. Candidates already serving in government departments must submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  5. No Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be given for interviews or any stage of the recruitment process.

  6. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the recruitment process / vacancies without assigning any reason.

  7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.

Detailed Instructions / Format:

  1. Candidates must submit their applications on plain paper, clearly mentioning the name of the post for which they are applying.

  2. The following documents must be attached with the application, along with duly attested copies:

    • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

    • Domicile Certificate

    • Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC Form-D)

    • Educational certificates/degrees

    • Experience certificates

    • Valid LTV driving license (for the post of driver, if applicable)

    • NOC (No Objection Certificate) issued by the competent authority (for candidates already working in government departments)

    • Disability certificate issued by the competent authority (for candidates applying under the special persons / disabled quota)

    • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs

  3. Applications must reach the Office of the Labour Department, Jacobabad, within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

  4. Determination of educational qualification, experience, age, and other eligibility criteria shall be made in accordance with the relevant recruitment rules and government policy.

  5. The Local Area for recruitment shall be the entire District Jacobabad.

  6. Quotas for women, minorities, disabled persons, and other applicable categories shall be strictly observed as per the prevailing policy of the Government of Sindh.

  7. A separate application must be submitted for each post.
