Qualifications:
Graduate or preferably postgraduate degree in Finance, CA, MBA, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of general experience.
At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in Urban Sector Development, particularly in Municipal Finance.
Experience in public sector projects, especially related to climate resilience.
Strong technical understanding of Local Rules, Laws, Policies, and Acts in the urban municipal sector.

Qualifications:
Graduate or preferably postgraduate degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in communication, marketing, outreach, and advocacy.
Preferably 5 years in similar projects involving local governments, urban development reforms, or solid waste management.
Experience with international donor organizations is desirable.
Strong understanding of communication laws, media policies, and advocacy strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience in public/private sector.
Strong administrative, negotiation, and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of local government laws and policies.

At least 4 years in revenue generation, business development, or financial management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Sound knowledge of financial regulations and guidelines.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Salaries will be market-based as approved in the PC-I of the program.
