VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites applications from qualified candidates for the following project position in the "Establishment of Project Planning & Development Unit (PPDU)", Islamabad. The position is offered on a contract basis, with the initial contract period of six (06) months, extendable annually based on satisfactory performance until the project's completion.
Position Details:
- Position Title: MIS Specialist (PPS-10)
- Number of Positions: 01 (Merit-based)
- Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and above
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Master's or Bachelor's (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field from an HEC recognized institute/university.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant domain.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Important Instructions:
- Application Submission: Candidates must submit their applications using the prescribed Performa available on the Ministry's website. Applications should be sent to the undersigned within 15 days from the date of this advertisement.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test/interview. Candidates invited for the interview must bring original documents along with two attested copies of academic testimonials, experience certificates, CNIC, two photographs, and professional experience certificates.
- Application Deadline: Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Eligibility Cutoff Date: The cutoff date for determining eligibility regarding age, qualification, and experience will be the closing date of receipt of applications.
