## PAKISTAN AIR FORCE (PAF)

The Pakistan Air Force invites applications from both male and female Pakistani nationals for the following civilian positions. Candidates can register online from the comfort of their homes or visit their nearest PAF Information & Selection Center.

• Online Registration Period: 15 June to 28 June 2026

• Important Prerequisite: Because the recruitment tests are fully computerized, candidates must possess a basic knowledge of computer operations.

### Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria

1. Medical Assistant (Male & Female)

• Pay Scale: BPS-09

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 Years (As of 21 November 2026)

• Total Posts & Quota Distribution:

  • Total: Merit (02), Punjab Women (01), Punjab Men (06), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (01), Sindh Urban (01), Sindh Rural (01), Azad Kashmir (01), Balochistan (01).

• Required Qualification & Experience:

  1. Matriculation along with a Diploma in Medical Nursing or any allied paramedical sub-trade.

  2. For ex-servicemen: Must have passed the Class/Grade-11 examination in their respective trade or sub-trade.

2. Driver (Male)

• Pay Scale: BPS-04

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years (As of 21 November 2026)

  • Must clear the technical driving test according to Air Headquarters (AHQ) standards.

  • For ex-servicemen: Only those from the Same Trade are eligible to apply.

3. Cook (Male)

• Pay Scale: BPS-03

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years (As of 21 November 2026)

• Total Posts & Quota Distribution:

  • Total: Merit (04), Punjab (25), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (06), Sindh Urban (04), Sindh Rural (05), Balochistan (03), Azad Kashmir (01), Gilgit-Baltistan (01).

  • Must possess proven expertise and skill in culinary arts/cooking.

### Selection Procedure

1. Medical Assistant: Intelligence Test at the Selection Center followed by an interview before the Air Headquarters (AHQ) Selection Board.

2. Driver: Practical computerized driving and technical skill test in the relevant field, followed by an interview before the AHQ Selection Board.

3. Cook: Direct interview before the Air Headquarters (AHQ) Selection Board.

4. Final Selection: Final merit list compilation will be carried out at Air Headquarters based strictly on merit and top scores.

### General Information & Age Relaxations

• General Age Relaxation: An upper age limit relaxation of 5 years is applicable across all categories.

• Armed Forces Retired Personnel: An upper age relaxation of 15 years or equivalent to the total years of active service rendered (whichever is less) will be granted.

• Continuous Government Service: Government or semi-government contract/permanent employees with at least 2 consecutive years of service are eligible for a 10-year upper age relaxation.

• Regional Quota Relaxation: Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Balochistan, Sindh Rural, Tribal Areas (FATA), Azad Kashmir, and Northern Areas (Gilgit-Baltistan) are granted 3 years of upper age relaxation.

• NOC & Character Certificate: Serving government employees and retired armed forces personnel must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and character certificate signed by their current Head of Department at the time of registration.

• PAF Wards: Children of serving or retired PAF uniform/civilian personnel must ensure their father's credentials/particulars are registered at the time of application.

### Ineligibility Criteria

An applicant stands disqualified if they are:

1. Dismissed or terminated from any government service or military training institute.

2. Convicted by a court of law for moral turpitude or criminal offences.

3. Declared medically unfit by the Armed Forces Appeal Medical Board, Central Medical Board, or any competent medical board.

4. Found to have submitted fake educational documents or falsified structural information during registration.

### Important Instructions for Candidates

• Incomplete Documents: Candidates with incomplete paperwork will not be permitted to sit for the examination.

• Prohibited Items: Mobile phones are strictly banned inside the testing centers.

• Registration Timings: 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM.

• No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowances will be paid to candidates appearing for tests or interviews.

• Required Credentials: Eligible candidates must arrive at their nearest PAF center with their original documents, Detailed Marks Sheets (DMC), Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC/Smart Card), and 4 passport-sized photographs.
