The Government of Sindh, Works & Services Department has officially announced multiple job vacancies and is inviting applications from eligible candidates. Application Requirements

Each application must be accompanied by the following documents:

    • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

    • Domicile

    • Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) on Form 'D'

    • Academic certificates

General Instructions (Detailed)

  1. How to Apply: Applicants who fulfill the requirements should apply for the aforementioned vacancies on the Government of Sindh's job portal at http://sjp.gos.pk/.

  2. Screening Test: Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Matriculation category with at least 40% marks, conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Service (STS), and must possess the certificate issued by STS.

  3. Government Employees: Candidates already employed in District, Provincial, Federal Government, Public Sector, or Semi-Government organizations must submit their applications through proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  4. Shortlisting: Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

  5. Quota: The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to as per the law, rules, and policy of the Government of Sindh.

  6. Travel Allowance: No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) is admissible.

  7. Deadline: Candidates should submit their applications within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement.

  8. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation shall be granted as per the prevailing Government of Sindh rules and policy.

  9. Interview: Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for the interview, as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.

  10. Age Calculation: The age of the applicant shall be calculated from the closing date of submission of application, as provided under Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, the upper age relaxation limit will be 05 years, as provided in the notification of the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department No. SOII(SGA&CD)/5-64/23011(PART-II) dated 06-03-2025.
