Overview

1. Manager Bulk Carrier Chartering

 
Criteria Details
Qualification Master Mariner (FG)
Experience Minimum sailing experience in senior capacity along with a minimum of [X] years with a vessel-owning company / Dry Bulk vessel commercial operators / commercial management company, with a direct role in handling pre/post fixture activities.
OR Master's Degree in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institute. Minimum 08 years of shore experience in a commercial division of a reputable Dry Bulk vessel-owning company / Dry Bulk vessel commercial operators / commercial management company.
Age Limit Up to [X] years
Preference Candidates with additional qualifications/experience, Ship Command Experience, and MICS qualification.

2. Incharge / Deputy Manager DPP & CPP (Tanker)

 
Criteria Details
Qualification Master Mariner (FG)
Experience Sailing experience on tankers in senior capacity, preferably with a tanker-owning company / tanker commercial operators / tanker management (preferably tanker chartering).
OR Master's Degree in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institute. Minimum 06 years of relevant shore experience in a reputable ship-owning company / tanker commercial operations / ship commercial divisions.
Age Limit Up to [X] years
Preference Candidates with additional qualifications, Ship Command Experience, and MICS qualification.

3. Incharge / Deputy Manager (PMO)

 
Criteria Details
Qualification Degree in Naval Architecture / Shipbuilding / Marine / Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized institute.
Experience Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in ship design, newbuilding, shipyard supervision, technical consultancy, or construction. Experience in FATS, HATS. Ability to prepare technical reports (FATs, HATS), inclining experiments, and sea trials. Risk assessment and milestone recommendations.
Age Limit Up to 50 years
Preference Experience with feeder vessels, vessels of approximately 1300 TEU or above. Demonstrable experience in supervision/technical management of projects. Strong experience in hull structure, block fabrication, erection, dimensional control, welding/NDT. Proven experience in review of GA, structural, stability, cargo securing, and production drawings. Working knowledge of class rules, IMO/SOLAS/MARPOL, Flag State requirements. Must be available for regular need-based attendance at shipyard, subcontractors, designers, or relevant OEMs. Good command of written and spoken English.

Note: Incharge/Deputy Manager (PMC) is a project-based position on contract basis (initial duration up to project completion, or earlier by mutual consent of both parties; the contract may be extended).

4. Incharge / Deputy Manager (PMC)

Qualification Certificate of Competency Class 1 – Deck Officer / Master
Experience Minimum 01 year sailing experience as Chief Officer / Master on Foreign Going (FG) Cargo vessels.

5. Superintendent Engineer (Bulk Carrier)

Qualification Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor)
Experience Minimum 01 year sailing on Foreign Going (FG) General Cargo / Container / Tanker vessels as Chief Engineer in the last 07 years.

8. Deputy Manager (Ship Personnel)

 
Criteria Details
Qualification Class 1/2 Certificate of Competency (Deck/Engine)
Experience 02 years experience as Master/Chief Engineer; OR COC 1st Class and Chief Officer/2nd Engineer with 01 year experience on shore.
OR MBA/MPA/BBA (HRM) from an HEC-recognized institute. 5 years experience in handling HR matters of a reputable company.
