## 1. Facilities Management Category

Professional candidates are required to manage and supervise operations at new Imtiaz store facilities.

A. Facility Manager

• Experience Required: Minimum 8–10 years of extensive experience in facilities management.

• Core Competencies: Proven track record leading housekeeping, electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance teams. Strong technical leadership, planning, and preventative maintenance management skills.

• Preferred Profile: High preference will be given to candidates with professional background experience in 5-star or luxury hotels in Pakistan.

B. Electrical Supervisor

• Education: Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Core Competencies: Hands-on experience in complex electrical systems, executing preventive maintenance protocols, and technical troubleshooting.

C. Mechanical Supervisor

• Education: Relevant technical qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Core Competencies: Solid working experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) setups, commercial plumbing, and overall mechanical systems maintenance.

D. Housekeeping Supervisor

• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Core Competencies: Solid background managing large-scale housekeeping operations, ground crews, and floor staff. Deep knowledge of commercial cleaning standards, workplace hygiene practices, and custodial inventory management.

## 2. Fresh Produce (Fruits & Vegetables) Category

Specialized vacancies are open to expand the procurement and supply chain infrastructure for fresh produce.

A. Senior Buyer — Fruits and Vegetables (Location: Abbottabad)

• Experience Required: 5–10 years of active, direct experience in Mandi buying of fresh fruits and vegetables.

• Core Competencies: Strong, deep-rooted knowledge of regional wholesale markets, seasonal agriculture trends, crop grading, and strict fresh produce quality standards.

• Network Requirement: Must possess an established, reliable active network with growers, agricultural suppliers, and Mandi commission agents.

• Preferred Profile: Prior experience in supermarkets, structured retail chains, or large-scale wholesale produce companies.

B. Supply Chain Manager — Fruits and Vegetables Warehouse (Location: Islamabad)

• Experience Required: 8–10 years of experience specifically leading warehouse operations, supply chain management, or fresh produce logistical centers.

• Core Competencies: High-level expertise in fresh food inventory management, shelf-life quality control, sorting/grading processes, and operational cost optimization. Strong leadership, strategic communication, and data analytical skills.

• Preferred Profile: Prior experience handling the high-velocity fresh produce supply chains of major retail chains or commercial supermarkets.
