Position: Manager Accounts (Male)

?? Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager Accounts to lead our finance department. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven background in financial operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.

? Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

Ensure full compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and internal policies.

Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits and filing periods.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

?? Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or other relevant qualifications are highly preferred.

Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting systems.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar managerial or senior accounting role.
