Engineering (4-year Bachelor’s degree recognized by HEC/PEC):

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 26 years

• Minimum Academic Requirement:

  • CGPA = 2.50 in the requisite degree, or

  • First Division / 60% & above where CGPA is not applicable

• Candidates must meet eligibility at all stages; non-compliance will nullify enrollment.

General Instructions

1. Only candidates whose final results are announced on or before June 30, 2026 will be considered.

2. Candidates with foreign degrees must submit a HEC Equivalence Certificate (16 or 18 years of education).

3. Selected trainees will undergo a comprehensive one-year training program.

4. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.

5. Upon successful completion of the program and evaluation of performance, full-time contract employment in OGDC will be offered.

6. Written tests will be conducted by IBA Karachi at designated centers.
