16 years of education with a degree in one of the following:

Business Contracts Administration
Finance, Law
Civil or Environmental Engineering
Any relevant discipline (preferably from a foreign institution)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in:
Procurement
Contract Management
Bids Administration
Preferably 3 years of experience in similar projects, assignments, or roles under similar organizational conditions.
Skills:
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in IT, data handling, and analysis
Maximum Age: 40 years
Qualifications:
16 years of education in Environmental Sciences or a relevant field
Experience:
Preferably 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in environmental safeguards or related matters
Maximum Age: 55 years
Qualifications:
Graduate (preferably postgraduate) degree in:
Civil/Environmental/Transportation Engineering
City & Regional Planning
Urban Development Engineering
Architectural Engineering
Other relevant disciplines
Candidates with a bachelor's in the above and a master's in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field will be preferred
Relevant technical/project management certifications will be an added advantage
Experience:
Preferably 10 years of overall work experience in infrastructure project management, especially in Water & Sanitation in the Urban Sector
Maximum Age: 50 years
Qualifications:
Graduate (preferably postgraduate) degree in:
Social Sciences
Law
Urban Governance
Related fields
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of general work experience
At least 2–3 years in:
Urban Sector Development
Urban Municipal Services
Legal Reforms and Compliance
Public sector experience is highly desirable
Skills & Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Local Government Rules, Laws, Acts, and Policies
Capacity building and compliance management expertise
Remuneration: Market-based salaries as per PC-I of the Program
