PAKISTAN SCOUTS CADET COLLEGE BATRASI MANSEHRA

1. INSTITUTIONAL OVERVIEW

Pakistan Scouts Cadet College, Batrasi, is a premier residential educational institution operating under the auspices of the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association. His Excellency, the President of Pakistan, serves as the Chief Patron of the institution. We are committed to academic excellence and character development, and to that end, we invite applications from highly qualified and experienced male candidates for the following vacant positions.

2. POSITION DETAILS & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

 
Sr. No. Name of Post Pay Scale Age Limit Qualification & Experience Requirements
1. Lecturer in Chemistry 17 Maximum 35 Years - Academic: Regular MA/MSc/BS or an equivalent degree in Chemistry with at least a Second Division.
- Experience: Minimum of five (05) years of teaching experience at a reputable English-medium institution, with proven expertise in handling O-Level, A-Level, and Intermediate classes.
- Preference: Candidates holding an additional M.Ed. or B.Ed. degree will be given priority.
2. Security Officer 14/16 Maximum 40 Years (Relaxable) - Academic: BA or equivalent degree.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in a security-related field.
- Preference: Retired JCOs from the Army Corps of Military Intelligence (CMI) will be strongly preferred.
3. Mess Manager 14 Maximum 40 Years (Relaxable) - Academic: Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mess management, inventory control, and catering services.
- Preference: Retired JCOs or individuals with proven experience in managing large-scale residential messes, properties, and supplies will be preferred.

3. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  • Required Documents: The application package must include a detailed CV/Resume, attested copies of all educational and experience certificates, and recent passport-sized photographs.

4. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

A. Employment Benefits:

  • Membership in the Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI).

  • Subsidized rates for messing and laundry services.

  • Accommodation: Rent-free single accommodation with allied facilities will be provided.

B. Recruitment Process:

  • Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via telephone for the test and interview.

  • Document Verification: Candidates must bring all original documents for verification at the time of the interview.

  • Travel Allowance: No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be admissible for appearing in tests or interviews.
