ADVERTISEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible and suitable candidates for appointment on a Contract Basis against the following posts at Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. Recruitment shall be made in accordance with the eligibility criteria and rules prescribed under:

• Punjab Health Department Allied Health Professional Service Rules, 2012 (as amended)

• Punjab Health Department Technical Posts Service Rules, 2003

• Punjab Health Department Paramedical Establishment Service Rules, 2003

• Punjab Health Department Miscellaneous Posts Service Rules, 2003

DETAILS OF POSTS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Both Male and Female candidates possessing Domicile of Punjab Province are eligible to apply.

2. Appointments shall be made on Contract Basis under the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 (as amended till date) initially for a period of three (03) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

3. Candidates having O-Level or A-Level qualifications must submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC.

4. Special Persons (Differently-Abled) must attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department along with a valid Disability Certificate.

5. Applicants must present original documents at the time of scrutiny/interview.

6. Age and experience shall be calculated as on the closing date for submission of applications.

7. Age relaxation shall be allowed as per the latest notification issued by Government of Punjab (S&GAD) and Recruitment Policy, 2022.

8. Quota policy shall be observed strictly in accordance with Recruitment Policy, 2022.

9. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.

10. Candidates already in Government Service must apply through proper channel.

11. Only degrees/diplomas issued by HEC-recognized institutions or reputed foreign universities shall be accepted.

12. Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts shall result in disqualification at any stage of recruitment or service.

13. Shortlisted candidates shall submit complete original documents along with attested photocopies at the time of scrutiny/interview.

14. Candidates failing to bring original degrees/diplomas at the time of interview shall not be allowed to appear.

15. The Department reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts at any stage without assigning any reason.

16. Candidates must ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria before applying.

17. Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the NTS test to qualify. If sufficient candidates are not available, the department may revise the shortlisting criteria in accordance with Recruitment Policy, 2022.

18. Only candidates holding diplomas from Punjab Medical Faculty (PMF) or PMF-recognized institutes of Punjab shall be considered.

19. The Competent Authority reserves the right to modify any condition or clause of shortlisting criteria in the public interest.

20. Only shortlisted candidates after passing the NTS test shall be called for interview.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Candidates must apply online through the National Testing Service (NTS) Portal within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.

2. Duly filled online application form, along with deposit slip of prescribed fee, copy of CNIC, two recent passport-size photographs, and attested copies of all relevant documents (educational certificates, diplomas, experience certificates, domicile, etc.) must be sent directly to NTS through courier at the address mentioned on the application form.

3. Last date for submission of application: 20th January, 2026 (Tuesday).

4. Roll Number Slips and Written Test schedule shall be communicated only through the NTS website.

5. Shortlisted candidates as per Para-17 of Terms & Conditions shall be called for interview.

6. All candidates must bring original documents at the time of scrutiny before interview.

7. The list of selected candidates shall be displayed at the concerned institution/hospital and communicated through postal address or telephone.

8. Submission of false, fabricated, or bogus information shall lead to strict legal action.

9. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test or interview.
