VACANT POSITIONS

Under the development project titled:
“Conservation and Promotion of Indigenous Sheep and Goat Breeds of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”
temporary vacancies are available on fixed monthly pay in accordance with the Project Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (2022).

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates holding domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged districts). Details are as follows:

Details of Vacancies

1. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Number of Posts: 02

• Age Limit: 18 – 32 Years

• Qualification:

  • Intermediate Certificate from a recognized Board

  • Typing speed: minimum 30 words per minute

• Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged districts)

• Place of Posting: Peshawar

2. Veterinary Assistant (BPS-10)

• Number of Posts: 15

• Age Limit: 18 – 32 Years

• Qualification:

  • Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board

  • Two (2) or Three (3) years Veterinary Assistant Course Certificate from a recognized Agricultural Training Institute

• Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged districts)

• Divisional Quota:

  1. Mardan Division

  2. Peshawar Division

  3. Kohat Division

  4. Bannu Division

  5. Dera Ismail Khan Division

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the information provided. Final scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage, they will be disqualified.

2. Candidates who qualify the ETEA test will be shortlisted according to the number of vacancies. Shortlisted candidates must submit attested copies of educational documents before the interview and bring original documents on the interview day.

3. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed about interviews via SMS. Candidates must keep their mobile numbers active throughout the recruitment process.

4. Appointment will be purely temporary, on fixed pay, for the duration of the project under KP Project Policy 2022.

5. Age, qualification, and experience will be calculated up to the closing date of the application. Age relaxation will be granted strictly as per project policy.

6. Certificates issued by Government / Semi-Government institutions must be countersigned by the head of the concerned department.

7. Eligibility of candidates will be determined after the last date of application submission.

8. Government and Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel.

9. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage.

10. Duties of selected candidates will be assigned according to the approved project requirements.

11. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

How to Apply

2. After successful online submission, an online deposit slip will be generated containing the candidate’s details and project code.

3. Print the deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable application fee through EasyPaisa agent or UBL Bank branch.

4. Keep the candidate copy of the deposit slip safely and do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send any documents to ETEA after online application. Documents will be required only from candidates who qualify the test.
