Subject: Ad-hoc Appointment of Instructor (Livestock), BPS-17 at Extension Services Management Academy (ESMA), Garhi Dupatta

Until a permanent appointment is made through the Public Service Commission, eligible candidates are invited for a walk-in interview for the ad-hoc appointment on a vacant Instructor Livestock position (BPS-17) on a permanent basis at ESMA, Garhi Dupatta.

Eligibility Conditions

  1. Domicile Requirement:
    The candidate must be a permanent resident of the State with State Subject Certificate (Class-I).

  2. Documents to Bring:
    Interested candidates must appear on the day of the interview with a complete application, attested copies of educational certificates/degrees, experience certificates, National Identity Card, and State Subject Certificate/Class-I domicile. Original documents must also be brought along for verification during the interview.

  3. TA/DA:
    No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the interview.

  4. Applicants from Government Institutions:
    Government employees currently serving in other departments may apply through their respective departments/offices.

  5. Interview Schedule:
    The walk-in interviews will be held on Wednesday, 14th May 2025 at 10:00 AM, at the Office Chamber of the Secretary, Agriculture and Livestock, Block No. 09, New Civil Secretariat, Chatter, Muzaffarabad.

  6. Age Limit:
    Candidates must be at least 21 years old and not more than 40 years old.

  7. Ad-hoc Nature of Appointment:
    The ad-hoc appointment will automatically terminate without notice upon the regular appointment of a suitable candidate through the Public Service Commission.
