Position Title: I.T. Officer
Job Location: Hyderabad-based
Requirement: Graduation in Computer Science from a recognized institution.
Technical Support: Strong background in desktop configuration, local area network (LAN) setup, and wireless network (WLAN) administration.
Troubleshooting: Proven capability to independently identify, diagnose, and resolve diverse end-user technical problems with minimal supervision.
Training & Workshops: Prior hands-on experience organizing, coordinating, or leading IT technical training workshops is required.
Linux Systems: Hands-on expertise and practical familiarity with Linux operating environments (highly preferred).
Video Conferencing: Solid familiarity with setting up, configuring, and optimizing corporate video conferencing infrastructure (strong plus).
