Eligibility Criteria & Technical Skillset

Educational Qualification

  • Requirement: Graduation in Computer Science from a recognized institution.

Core Experience & Competencies

  • Technical Support: Strong background in desktop configuration, local area network (LAN) setup, and wireless network (WLAN) administration.

  • Troubleshooting: Proven capability to independently identify, diagnose, and resolve diverse end-user technical problems with minimal supervision.

  • Training & Workshops: Prior hands-on experience organizing, coordinating, or leading IT technical training workshops is required.

Preferred Technical Plus Points

  • Linux Systems: Hands-on expertise and practical familiarity with Linux operating environments (highly preferred).

  • Video Conferencing: Solid familiarity with setting up, configuring, and optimizing corporate video conferencing infrastructure (strong plus).
