VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following positions at the Medical Teaching Institution, Khyber Teaching Hospital, Peshawar:

POSITIONS & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Position Grade Qualification Experience
Registrar G-16 to G-18 MBBS or equivalent qualification. FCPS/MRCP/FRCP (or equivalent) in relevant specialties preferred. Relevant experience in the required specialty preferred. Fellowship completion within the last 3 years is advantageous.
Trainee Registrar G-17 MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. Postgraduate training in the relevant specialty. Experience in the relevant specialty at a tertiary care hospital is preferred.
Institutional Medical Officer G-04 MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. Postgraduate diploma, fellowship, or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in the relevant specialty.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Application Process:

  2. Processing Fee:

    • A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- must be deposited in favor of the Hospital Director, MTI-KTH (Fund Account No. PK15 KYB 11121 0000 3311 9002, Bank of Khyber, Code No. 0121).

  3. General Instructions:

    • Incomplete applications or those without processing fees will be rejected.
    • If the closing date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered.
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
    • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

  4. Eligibility Requirements:

    • Applicants must provide a valid equivalency certificate from HEC (if applicable).
    • Only degrees from PMC/HEC-recognized institutions will be accepted.
    • Candidates with incomplete degrees or ongoing certifications are not eligible.

  5. Special Considerations:
