CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

A regulatory body constituted under the PPRA Ordinance, 2002, invites applications from self-motivated professionals / experts / specialists / associates. Positions are offered on contract basis, with market-based competitive lump-sum remuneration, initially for two years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

1 Senior Specialist – IT & e-Procurement (EPADS) 01 - Lead IT & e-procurement operations.
- Supervise e-procurement platform, e-office systems.
- Develop & implement IT policies, standards.
- Oversee system infra, cybersecurity, MIS, network affairs.
- Other duties assigned by management.		 Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science / IT / Information Systems / Software Engineering (HEC recognized)
+ At least 10 years relevant experience in implementing IT systems / e-governance of comparable scale & complexity. International/advanced certifications preferred.		 Rs. 750,000 to Rs. 1,050,000 per month 57 years
2 Senior Specialist – Training & Capacity Building 01 - Identify training / professional development needs for PPRA, procuring entities, bidders.
- Develop competency frameworks, certifications, licensing guidelines.
- Formulate & implement long-term development strategies.
- Create templates, guidelines, tools to support procurement law / regulatory implementation.		 Master’s degree or higher in HRM / HRD or related discipline (HEC recognized)
+ At least 15 years experience in training & capacity building, preferably in public sector. International certifications preferred.		 Rs. 650,000 to Rs. 750,000 per month 57 years
