Position: HR Manager

Think and Grow International School is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School offering the Early Years (EY) and Primary Years Program (PYP). We are committed to fostering a spirit of integrity and excellence in our academic community.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Implementation and Integration of IB HR Policies: Ensure that the HR policies align with both the IB framework and the specific needs of our school.

  • Compliance Management: Oversee compliance with federal, provincial, and school-specific policies, ensuring adherence to equal opportunity and diversity goals.

  • Training and Development: Organize and administer professional training and development programs aimed at supporting the continuous growth of our employees.

  • HR Operations and Support: Lead and manage HR operations, providing support to all employee types including faculty and non-faculty staff.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education:

    • MBA from LUMS (Lahore University of Management Sciences) or an equivalent institution.

    • Schooling background in O/A Levels or IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Program) will be preferred.

  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in an educational or international school setting.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices, particularly within the context of international education.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple HR functions and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
