HR & Admin Specialist (PPS-09)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage HR and administrative functions of the project.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational frameworks.

Provide strategic support in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Manage office operations, administrative support, and organizational logistics.

Facilitate smooth implementation of project objectives through effective HR & admin support.

Eligibility Criteria:

Relevant academic qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR and administrative management.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and organizational development.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
