POSITION VACANT

The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Defence, invites applications from Pakistani nationals for appointment purely on a contract basis for a period of one year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance). The positions are available under the PSDP Project titled:

"Development of ICT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Based Precision Agriculture Systems Utilizing Dual-Use Aerospace Technologies – Green AI"

The project is based at NASTP, Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

Available Position

1. HPC Cluster Administrator

  • Pay Scale: PPS-06

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Maximum Age Limit: As per position requirements

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • BS/BE/Diploma in Networks, IT Infrastructure, or related fields

    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in datacenter operations, network management, and IT infrastructure handling

    • The selected individual will assist the HPC Cluster Manager and will be responsible for:

      • Maintaining IT infrastructure

      • Managing datacenter operations

      • Supporting cloud services

      • Ensuring smooth functioning of HPC-related systems
