General Terms & Conditions

  1. Applications typed on the Prescribed Form (available at website of Higher Education Department (https://hed.punjab.gov.pk/) with attested copies of CNIC, Degree and Certificates along with detailed CV should reach the office of the Director Development, Commissioner Office Hospital Road, Civil Lines, Gujranwala Division, Gujranwala latest by 10.03.2022 clearly indicating the name of post on the upper right corner of the envelope. Applications received after given date shall not be considered.
  2. Candidates for the posts appearing at Sr. No. 9 to 13 may submit their applications on plain paper along with required documents by 10.03.2022.
  3. These appointments shall be made under provisions of Contract Appointment Policy, 2004.
  4. Candidates having domicile of Punjab can apply for these posts.
  5. Separate form and envelope should be used for each post in case a candidate intends to apply for two or more posts.
  6. The appointment will be made for the project (PMU) initially for a period of three years, which is extendable subject to fulfilment of all codal formalities.
  7. Govt. employees should apply through proper channel.
  8. The competent authority reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of any of the post mentioned above without giving any reason.
  9. Incomplete applications shall be rejected and only shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview but no TA / DA shall be paid for the purpose.
