Career Opportunity: Domestic / High-Performance Cricket Coaches
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites applications from qualified candidates for the role of Domestic/High-Performance Cricket Coach. The role involves delivering professional cricket coaching services to support domestic and High-Performance Center programs. Responsibilities include:
Planning and strategizing games
Preparing teams pre- and post-tournament
Evaluating player performance
Enhancing overall team performance
Improving individual skills
Promoting a sustainable and competitive team culture aligned with international standards
The Pakistan Cricket Board is the official governing body responsible for promoting, regulating, and managing cricket operations across Pakistan.
Minimum: PCB Level I Accreditation or an equivalent certification
Match Experience: At least 10 First-Class matches
Preference: Candidates with PCB Level II Accreditation or above, or who are former Test/International/First-Class cricketers
Minimum 3 years of coaching experience
Proficient in talent identification and development
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Projects)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Develop game strategies and conduct pre/post-tournament preparations
Organize and lead both individual and team practices and training sessions
Enhance team performance using modern coaching techniques
Conduct regular surveys to assess the effectiveness of training programs
Evaluate players' physical fitness, assign suitable exercise regimens, and monitor progress
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Effective management of stakeholders and coaching teams
Proven leadership and team-building skills
