The CFO will be responsible for the strategic financial leadership of SIEHS. This executive role entails ensuring financial sustainability, aligning fiscal strategy with organizational goals, and advising the Board of Directors on key financial decisions.
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives and promote sustainable growth.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, and ensure compliance with SECP regulations and internal policies.
Lead risk management, coordinate audits, and optimize resource utilization through forecasting and modeling.
Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least 5 years of relevant experience; OR
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce with at least 10 years of senior-level experience in the public or development sector.
Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS standards and SECP regulations applicable to public sector companies.
The Company Secretary will ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and legal compliance. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the role requires maintaining statutory records and acting as a compliance advisor.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance 1984, Companies Act 2017, and all relevant laws.
Maintain accurate records of board meetings and facilitate governance practices.
Advise management on legal and policy matters.
Liaise with SECP, external auditors, and regulatory bodies for compliance and reporting.
Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; OR
Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries; OR
Master’s in Business Administration, Commerce, or Graduation in Law with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the public or development sector.
Proficiency in corporate laws, SECP compliance, and public sector regulations.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Minimum Age: 32 years (for both positions)
