Health Department, Government of Sindh
The Government of Sindh, with financial assistance from the World Bank under Credit No. 1237, is implementing the Sindh Human Capital Investment: 1000 Days Integrated Health and Population Program. The total approved cost of the project is USD 200 million. It is being implemented across various districts with the objective of improving reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health and nutrition (RMNCAH-N) as well as family planning services.
This project aims to empower women economically and socially through support interventions and third-party microfinancing mechanisms.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates meeting the required qualifications and experience criteria as per the following details:
Data Processing Officer (PPS-09)
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong preference for experience in MERN Stack.
Familiarity with frontend and backend technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, React, Angular, Ruby on Rails, etc.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
GIS Analyst (PPS-07)
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
Proficiency in tools like Power BI and Google Data Studio.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and scripting in platforms like Python.
Experience in automation tools is a plus.
Network & IT Support Engineer (PPS-07)
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in networking and technical support.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, etc.
Familiarity with MERN stack is preferred.
Programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python is a plus.
Understanding of cybersecurity and network security protocols.
Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
