Job Description:

Fazaia Schools and Colleges is offering career opportunities for well-qualified candidates who are seeking a rewarding and inspiring work environment. The vacancies are available for the position of Headmistress/Headmaster for both the Junior and Senior sections. Only those who meet the required qualifications and experience criteria are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Candidates must be medically fit and should not exceed 50 years of age.

• Qualification:

  • M.A/M.Sc. in any subject along with M.Ed. / BS Edu / B.Ed. (1.5 years).

• Experience:

  • At least 15 years of teaching and administrative experience at the College, Secondary, or Primary School level.

  • Candidates should possess strong communication, administrative, and management skills.

Ineligibility:

Candidates with the following conditions will not be considered:

• Removed or dismissed prematurely from any post at government or non-government institutions.

• Removed from any Fazaia institution due to disciplinary or other issues.

• Candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses.

• The applicants must provide an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their previous institution regarding their past record.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay/Perks: Selected candidates will be offered an attractive salary package.

• After successfully completing the probation period, individuals will have the option to join either the Provident Fund or the Gratuity Scheme, as per their preference.

• Contract-Based Employment: The position is contract-based, annually renewable based on performance.

Additional Information:
