3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (GENERAL)

 
Criteria Details
Gender Both Male and Female candidates are eligible
Medical Fitness Candidates must be medically fit
Age Limit Not more than 60 years for Retired Education Officers from armed forces and civilian candidates
Skills Required Well acquainted with communication, administrative, and management skills

4. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Position 1: Section Head – Primary School

 
Requirement Details
Minimum Qualification Master's degree, preferably in Education or a relevant field
Experience Minimum 8-10 years of teaching experience, with prior experience in a leadership/management role such as Section Head, Coordinator, Academic Lead, or equivalent being highly preferred
Academic Supervision Strong understanding of curriculum planning, lesson observation, assessment, student progress, and academic standards at the primary level
Teacher Development Ability to train, mentor, guide, and support teachers through regular feedback, professional development, and capacity-building initiatives

Position 2: Career Counselor (O Levels & College Section)

 
Requirement Details
Qualification Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Career Counseling, or a relevant discipline
Experience Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in career counseling, preferably in a reputable school/college offering O Levels, A Levels, or equivalent programs
Student Counseling Strong ability to guide students regarding subject selection, academic pathways, university admissions, scholarships, and career options
Supervision & Coordination Ability to supervise and coordinate counseling activities, maintain student records, and work closely with students, parents, teachers, and section heads
Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to counsel students professionally and confidentially

Position 3: Section Head – O & A Levels

 
Requirement Details
Qualification Master's degree from a recognized university; qualification in Educational Leadership/Management will be an added advantage
Experience Minimum 8-10 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably in the Cambridge O & A Level system. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an academic leadership/management role such as Section Head, Cambridge Coordinator, Head of Department, or equivalent
Curriculum Knowledge In-depth knowledge of Cambridge O Level/IGCSE and A Level curriculum, assessment, and examination requirements
Teacher Supervision Strong experience in teacher supervision, performance evaluation, mentoring, and professional development
Leadership Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
Personal Qualities High standards of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and commitment to student development
Preference Candidates with substantial experience in a reputable Cambridge institution and a proven record of leadership in O & A Level education will be given preference

5. INELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates falling under any of the following categories are not eligible to apply:

Premature Termination Candidates terminated/dismissed prematurely from any post at any government or non-government institution
Termination from Fazaia Institution Candidates terminated from any Fazaia institution upon any allegation/discipline issue
Moral/Criminal History Candidates with a history of any moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offence
NOC Requirement Applicants are required to produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous institution in this regard
