• | To manage HR Budgeting through determining optimal HR requirement, skill and talent inventory and career planning. | |
• | To assist Wing Head Talent Management to identify recruitment challenges and recommend action plans to finalize the HC budget | |
• | To assess the present workforce available within each tier/unit of the organization I.e. | |
Branch, Region, Division & Group at Head Office. | ||
• | To ascertain categorization and required staff strength of each tier/unit. | |
• | To assist in developing the Headcount budget and plan on yearly basis in accordance with the Bank's strategy. | |
• | To establish the yearly manpower plan and budget in collaboration with the different functions based on the approved organization structure | |

• | To be updated with the best market practices and apply market / competitor data analysis while conducting HR Budgeting. | |
• | Manage activities of SAP HCM Organizational Management Module. | |
• | To facilitate in implementation of automation related to HR budgeting and recruitment activities | |
• | Any other responsibility assigned by the supervisory authority from time to time. | |
