1. Head of Government Relations

Profile Requirement

Applicants must have significant, high-level experience in prestigious public service. Eligible backgrounds include:

  • Former Civil Servant (CSS/PCS) of Grade 21 or aboveOR

  • Former Armed Forces Officer of equivalent or higher rankOR

  • Former Judiciary Member of equivalent or higher position

Note: Retirement from service must not exceed two (2) years.

  • Deep and comprehensive understanding of government processes, protocols, regulations, and policy environments

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain high-level government and institutional relationships

  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and professional communication skills

2. Head of Sales

We seek a dynamic and visionary sales leader capable of designing, executing, and scaling sales operations across the real estate and housing landscape.

Core Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline

  • Preferred: Graduates from LUMS, IBA, NUST, or accredited international universities

  • 10+ years of progressive, proven experience in real estate, housing, or property development sales

  • Strong leadership, integrity, and an action-oriented mindset

3. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A strategic, experienced financial leader is required to develop and steer the organization’s long-term financial vision, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Core Requirements

  • CA-qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a CFO role, OR

  • ACCA/ICMA-qualified with at least 15 years of senior-level financial experience, including time served as a CFO

  • Demonstrated ability to lead financial strategy, risk management, budgeting, and performance enhancement

  • Preferably experienced in real estate and housing sector finance


4. Head of Business Development & Joint Ventures (JVs)

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's business development strategy and roadmap

  • Identify new markets, products, and expansion opportunities

  • Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, ROI analysis, and risk assessments

  • Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of JV partnerships with landowners, investors, developers, and agencies

  • Structure JV agreements in collaboration with legal, finance, and technical teams

  • Monitor, evaluate, and manage ongoing JV projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

  • Maintain strong relationships with JV partners and proactively manage conflict resolution

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields from reputable institutions such as LUMS, IBA, NUST, or accredited foreign universities

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate business development, investments, or JV management

  • Proven record in negotiating high-value land acquisitions, JV deals, and strategic partnerships

  • Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, approvals, and land procurement processes

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams


5. Manager Operations (Architectural Design)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Architectural Design Department

  • Manage team workflows, project timelines, and cross-departmental coordination

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 10+ years of relevant operational management experience

  • Background preferred in architecture, housing, interior design, or construction industries

  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and multi-team management skills

  • Strong planning, documentation, and advanced problem-solving abilities

  • Professional and disciplined work ethic

6. Manager Security Operations
