10+ years of progressive, proven experience in real estate, housing, or property development sales

CA-qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a CFO role, OR
ACCA/ICMA-qualified with at least 15 years of senior-level financial experience, including time served as a CFO
Demonstrated ability to lead financial strategy, risk management, budgeting, and performance enhancement
Preferably experienced in real estate and housing sector finance
Develop and execute the organization's business development strategy and roadmap
Identify new markets, products, and expansion opportunities
Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, ROI analysis, and risk assessments
Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of JV partnerships with landowners, investors, developers, and agencies
Structure JV agreements in collaboration with legal, finance, and technical teams
Monitor, evaluate, and manage ongoing JV projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Maintain strong relationships with JV partners and proactively manage conflict resolution
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields from reputable institutions such as LUMS, IBA, NUST, or accredited foreign universities
10+ years of experience in real estate business development, investments, or JV management
Proven record in negotiating high-value land acquisitions, JV deals, and strategic partnerships
Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, approvals, and land procurement processes
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Architectural Design Department
Manage team workflows, project timelines, and cross-departmental coordination
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 10+ years of relevant operational management experience
Background preferred in architecture, housing, interior design, or construction industries
Exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and multi-team management skills
Strong planning, documentation, and advanced problem-solving abilities
Professional and disciplined work ethic

Lead and supervise field security operations and teams
Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and emergency response plans
