Indus University Hospital, Karachi, part of the Indus Hospital & Health Network, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Campus. The selected candidate will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospital campus.

  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care and clinical quality.

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Strengthen operational systems and hospital performance.

  • Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and patient-centered services.

Requirements

  • MBBS with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.

  • 12–15 years of healthcare leadership experience, including significant hands-on clinical practice.

  • Prior C-level exposure in a 250+ bedded hospital is required.

  • Strong leadership, management, and strategic planning capabilities.
