Pay Package Salary @ Rs. 1,50,000/- per month including all allowances.

Pay Package Salary @ Rs. 55,000/- per month including all allowances (or negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, experience and demonstrated competence).
Qualification Minimum qualification at least B.A/B.Sc. and Certificate in Office Management. Priority will be given to higher qualified person.
Experience Minimum 10 years of relevant administrative experience as Office Superintendent, Admin Head, Administration Manager or equivalent in reputable English-medium school, educational institution/chain/government department.

Candidates applying for the post should possess proven skills in written communication, administrative leadership, staff supervision, conflict resolution, policy implementation, case drafting and other relevant administrative and managerial skills.

NOTE:

a. Online Procedure: All applicants must apply online through the 'QDPS Job Portal' at the website www.mis.qdpsc.org, by submitting their complete information on the portal to generate the Applicant Form.

b. Physical Documents Requirement: The same QDPS Job Portal-generated Applicant Form, along with Hand-Written Application, photocopies of all Academic Certificates, Experience Letters, CNIC, and one recent photograph, must reach the undersigned latest by October 14, 2026.

c. Incomplete Application, application submitted only online without hard copy dispatch or dispatched hard copy without Portal-generated Applicant Form, or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

d. Written test will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 09:30 a.m. for the above said posts. Candidates who shall obtain 50% and above marks in the written test shall be called for the interview.

e. Age criteria will be upto 35 years, however in case of long experience in the relevant field, upto 40 years (except for S.No. 01).

f. Candidates may be hired against above mentioned vacant posts on fixed pay/contract of one year and may be extendable to another term on satisfactory performance.

g. Candidate cannot apply for both shifts against above mentioned vacant posts.

h. Candidate having 3rd Division in the whole educational career will not be entertained for all vacant posts.

i. Only those candidates who are highly trained qualified/experienced and fluent in English speaking should apply.

j. Post-qualification experience will be preferred.

k. No TA/DA will be paid for interview/test.

l. Candidates shall have to present their all original academic documents and CNIC at the time of test/interview.

m. The committee has a right to increase/decrease the number of the vacancies on the spot or reject the whole process of recruitment at any stage.

n. Service of candidate is liable cancellation at any stage even after selection, if information furnished by the candidate is found incorrect.

o. The candidates selected/appointed against the above-mentioned posts may be transferred to any shift or satellite campus at any stage as required or as directed by the competent authority.

p. Selection will be made strictly on merit basis.

q. The selected candidates shall be required to submit a surety bond equivalent to one month's salary of the respective post for contract agreement, on a Government Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/-
