Government of Balochistan is the administrative executive for the person. It has come into being according to the Constitution of Pakistan. Government of Balochistan is headed by two executive members. First is the Governor of Balochistan. He is appointed by the President of Pakistan who is the head of the state. Second most important executive is the chief minister of the province. He is elected by the provincial assembly of Balochistan. He is the most powerful person in the province afterwards. He has a team of various members of provincial assembly for running different governmental department of Baluchistan.

They are called ministers. They are the supreme heads of their divisions. They are assisted by the secretaries. These personnel carry out most of the work for the government. These ministers are appointed by the chief minister. There are many working in the governmental divisions. Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan in terms of area.

Employees in Government of Balochistan are hired according to the criteria setup by the local administration of the province. Workers are provided by Basic Pay Scale. Basic Pay Scale is the grading system of the government which is used to determine salaries of the employees and there remunerations packages.
