Project Management Unit (PMU) – Development and Architecture Directorate (DAD)

The National Police Foundation invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions on a contract basis for a period of 02 years, extendable by 1 year:

1 General Manager (Civil Engineering) B.E. Civil Engineering; PEC Registered Professional Engineer Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in construction, project execution, technical supervision, and implementation of public sector development projects in Government/Public Sector organizations. Knowledge of Planning Commission, PPRA, FIDIC, and project management tools is required. Maximum 50 Years
2 Manager – Design B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university; PEC registration. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in engineering works, preferably in construction, civil works, infrastructure development, or project management in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum 40 Years
3 Manager – Engineering B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university; PEC registration. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in civil engineering, preferably in a government department, autonomous body, engineering consultancy, construction corporation, or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum 40 Years
4 Manager – Contracts & Procurement MBA/ACMA/CA (Finance) or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience in budgeting and financial management in a reputable private-sector organization. Maximum 48 Years
5 Manager – Finance MBA/ACMA/CA (Finance) or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience in budgeting, financial management, or related fields in a reputable organization. Maximum 48 Years
6 Assistant Manager – Contracts & Procurement B.Sc. Civil Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or any related field from an HEC-recognized university Minimum 06 years of relevant professional experience in contracts, procurement, tendering, or related fields, preferably in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, consultancy, or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum 40 Years
7 Assistant Manager – Design Bachelor of Architecture (5 years) from an HEC-recognized university with valid PCATP registration. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, 3D Studio Max, and 3D Render. Minimum 03 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in architectural visualization, graphic modeling, rendering, architectural design, consultancy, construction, or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum 30 Years
8 Engineering – Visual Artist DAE (Civil) or equivalent Minimum 03 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in architectural visualization, graphic modeling, rendering, and architectural design in a consultancy, construction firm, or reputable private-sector organization. Experience with Lumion, 3D Studio Max, and DG software preferred. Maximum 30 Years
9 Surveyor Diploma/Certificate in Surveying Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience in surveying in a public-sector organization, government department, autonomous body, consultancy, or reputable private-sector organization. Maximum 30 Years
10 CAD Operator DAE (Civil) with AutoCAD proficiency Minimum 02 years of relevant CAD drafting, mapping, and detailing experience. Maximum 30 Years
11 Draftsman Diploma/Certificate in Draftsmanship with AutoCAD Minimum 02 years of professional experience in drafting, CAD drafting; technical/working drawings shall be preferred. Maximum 30 Years

  • Contract Duration: The engagement is for a period of 02 years, extendable by 1 year based on performance and organizational requirements.

  • Registration: Valid PEC/PCATP registration is mandatory where applicable.
