Applications are invited from highly qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for appointments in the Construction Directorate of NPF purely on contract basis for the following positions:

1 Additional Director (Contracts & Engineering Works) 01 BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC Registered Professional Engineer) with minimum 12 years post-qualification experience in construction, project execution, Technical Sanction, implementation of public sector development projects/contract administration and infrastructure development, projects. 07 years in BPS-18 or equivalent in a Government / Public sector organization. Knowledge of Planning Commission Guidelines, PPRA, FIDIC and project management tools will be preferred. Maximum Age: 55 Years.
2 Deputy Director (Design & Planning) 01 Bachelor's/Master's in Urban/ City Planning or Civil Engineering (PCATP/PEC Registered where applicable) with minimum 08 years post-qualification experience in planning, design, PC-I preparation, BOQs, cost estimation and housing/infrastructure projects. Maximum Age: 40 Years.
3 Deputy Director (Planning & Procurement) 01 Bachelor's (16 Years Education) in Civil Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Public Administration or Supply Chain Management from an HEC-recognized University with minimum 08 years post-qualification experience in procurement, tendering, contract administration and PPRA Rules. Knowledge of FIDIC will be preferred. Maximum Age: 40 Years.
4 Assistant Director (Design & Planning) 01 BE/BSc Civil Engineering or Bachelor's in Architecture/Urban Planning (PEC/PCATP Registered where applicable) with minimum 05 years post-qualification experience in planning, design, BOQs, estimates and PC-I preparation. Maximum Age: 35 Years.
5 Assistant Director (Engineering Works) 01 BE/BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC Registered) with minimum 03–05 years post-qualification experience in construction supervision, project execution and quality control. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project. Maximum Age: 35 Years.
6 Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts) 01 MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent with minimum 05 years post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, budgeting, financial management, or project finance. ERP/financial management systems will be preferred. Maximum Age: 35 Years.
7 Sub Engineer / Architect 01 DAE (Civil Engineering) or Bachelor's in Architecture/Civil Engineering with minimum 03 years experience in engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs and building/infrastructure projects. Maximum Age: 30 Years.
8 Assistant (Contracts & Procurement) 01 Bachelor's in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Law or Supply Chain Management with minimum 03 years relevant experience in procurement, contract documentation and office administration. Maximum Age: 30 Years.
9 Sub Engineer 03 Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil Engineering) with minimum 03–05 years post-qualification experience in civil works, measurements, BOQs and site supervision. Maximum Age: 35 Years.
10 Overseer 03 Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil Engineering) with minimum 03 years post-qualification experience in construction/site supervision. Maximum Age: 30 Years.
11 CAD Operator 01 DAE (Civil/Architecture) or Diploma in CAD Drafting with minimum 03 years experience in AutoCAD Revit. Proficiency in Civil 3D, MS Office and engineering drafting is mandatory. Maximum Age: 30 Years.

General Instructions

Appointments shall be made purely on contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance, organizational requirement, and mutual consent.

Degrees/Certificates must be from HEC-recognized Universities/Institutes. Registration with PEC/PCATP/Bar Council (where applicable) is mandatory.

Preference shall be given to candidates having relevant experience in NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments, Government/Public Sector or Semi-Government organizations.
