Projects & Facilities Management Positions

1. General Manager – Electrical

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Sc. (Electrical Engineering)

  • Preferably Master’s in Project Management or Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in electrical engineering

  • At least 7 years in a senior leadership role

2. General Manager – Mechanical

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Sc. (Mechanical Engineering)

  • Preferably Master’s in Project Management or Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering

  • At least 7 years in a senior leadership role

3. Manager – Commissioning

Qualification:

  • B.E. (Mechanical Engineering)

  • Preferably Master’s degree

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience on large-scale projects

4. Manager – Planning

Qualification:

  • B.E. (Civil Engineering)

  • M.E. (Civil or Project Management)

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 10 years with Master’s degree

5. Manager – Construction

Qualification:

  • B.E. (Civil Engineering)

  • Preferably Master’s in Project Management

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience handling large-scale projects

  • Preference for healthcare sector experience

6. Project Lead – Cost / Contracts

Qualification:

  • B.E. (Civil or Construction Management)

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years in cost control, contract management, and commercial management of large-scale projects

7. Assistant Resident Engineer

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Sc. (Civil Engineering)

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects

  • Preference for healthcare or institutional projects
