Position Title

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location

Lahore (Jubilee Town) – with extensive travel across Punjab

Qualification Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Health Management

  • Medical degree (MBBS preferred)

  • Valid professional license where applicable

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience

  • At least 8 years in a senior operational leadership role, preferably as a Chief Operating Officer

  • Prior experience in non-profit healthcare, social services, or related organizations is preferred

  • Proven experience working in a 200+ bed tertiary care hospital

  • Hands-on exposure to JCIA and other healthcare accreditation standards is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall operational leadership to hospitals within the North Region

  • Ensure efficient healthcare delivery in line with organizational goals

  • Travel extensively across Punjab to oversee, support, and strengthen regional hospital operations
