We are currently seeking applications for the following positions:

?? Position 1: General Manager (Electronics)

Pay Package: Approx. Rs. 265,000/- per month (inclusive of all allowances)
No. of Posts: 01

Required Qualification (First Division in Final Degree):

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications in a relevant engineering field:

Option A: BE / B.Sc. Engineering (1st Division)

Option B: MS / M.Sc. Engineering (1st Division)

Option C: Ph.D. in the relevant field

Post-Qualification Experience:

For BE / B.Sc.: Minimum 13 years of relevant professional experience

For MS / M.Sc.: Minimum 11 years of relevant experience

For Ph.D.: Minimum 09 years of relevant experience

Preferred Experience / Skills (Candidates with experience in the following will be given preference):

Project Management related to erection, installation, testing & commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Civil Works

Process Automation and Instrumentation & Control in industrial systems

Contract Management, Conflict Management, Quality Management, Production Planning & Control

Technical Evaluation of suppliers and vendors

Retired Armed Forces personnel holding the rank of CWO/Warrant Officer (W.O.) / AWO or equivalent

Must possess a 3-Year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in a relevant field with 1st Division
(Relaxation in division/marks may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience)

Experience Required:

Minimum 04 years of relevant experience post-qualification

?? General Instructions for All Candidates:

For General Manager post, only one 2nd Division is allowed in the entire academic record; final degree must be in 1st Division (Annual System = 60%, Semester System = 2.5/4.0 CGPA). No 3rd Division is allowed at any level.

All degrees/diplomas must be from HEC/PEC/Government-recognized institutions. For O-Level / A-Level / foreign degrees, equivalence certificates from IBCC/HEC are mandatory.

Post Qualification Experience refers to the experience acquired after completing the required academic qualification.

Maximum upper age limit is 35 years as of the closing date. Age relaxation may be considered for candidates with specialized experience or qualifications.

Only candidates meeting all eligibility criteria should apply. Non-eligible applicants may be disqualified at any stage of the selection process.

Employment will be offered under Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) as per government policy. Regular government employees applying through proper channels will retain their existing rules.
