Job Opportunity

A Public Sector Company (Non-Profit Organization – NPO) established under Section 42 of the Companies Act is inviting applications from qualified and dynamic professionals for its Karachi-based office.

The appointment will be made on a contract basis, and a competitive, market-based remuneration package will be offered to the selected candidate.

Only candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province are eligible to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational / Professional Qualification

The applicant must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants, OR

  • Member of a recognized body of Chartered Corporate / Company Secretaries

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Company Secretary

  • Experience must be in Public Sector Companies

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 50 years
